Safe deposit boxes are placed in the special premises equipped by the security systems.
Deposit boxes have two locks and two keys which differ from each other and each key fits one lock. The deposit box can only be opened or closed with both keys at the same time. One key is kept by the customer, and the other is stored at the branch office.
What should be done if the key to the safe is lost?
In case of loss of a key, you should contact the branch with an application. The customer will pay for new locks, keys, and other costs (in accordance with our fees and charges table).
Can other customers use the safe?
The customer can grant the right to use the deposit safe to other customers based on a notarized power of attorney.
